Profil

Dr. Vivitri Dewi Prasasty adalah Associate Professor pada Program Studi Biologi, Fakultas Biologi dan Pertanian, Universitas Nasional Jakarta. Beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan doktoral di bidang Kimia/Ilmu Hayati dari Universitas Indonesia (2014), setelah sebelumnya memperoleh gelar Magister Kimia dari institusi yang sama (2006) dan Sarjana Kimia dari Universitas Sebelas Maret (2002).

Pengalaman profesional Dr. Prasasty mencakup berbagai posisi akademik dan penelitian yang prestisius. Selain mengajar di UNAS, beliau juga telah menjalani program postdoctoral di School of Veterinary Medicine, Louisiana State University, AS (2023-2024) dan di University of Louisiana Monroe, AS (2021-2023).

Sebagai peneliti, Dr. Prasasty menekuni beragam bidang penelitian mencakup pengembangan peptidomimetics, biokimia protein, eksplorasi bahan alam, pemodelan molekuler, hingga sistem penghantaran obat. Produktivitas risetnya meghasilkan dari lebih 50 publikasi di jurnal internasional bereputasi, dengan fokus utama pada komputasi biologi, bahan alam, dan biokimia. Dr. Prasasty telah mendapatkan penghargaan dari Kemenristekdikti berupa artikel ilmiah berkualitas tinggi bidang kesehatan pada tahun 2020.

Komitmen dalam pengembangan riset tercermin dari keberhasilannya meraih berbagai hibah penelitian kompetitif, baik fundamental maupun terapan, dari Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Jejaring profesionalnya diperkuat melalui keanggotaan aktif di berbagai organisasi prestisius seperti Indonesian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Asian Federation of Biotechnology, dan American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).

Beliau berkomitmen mengembangkan komunitas akademik di Indonesia melalui transfer pengetahuan dan penguatan kolaborasi riset, baik dengan institusi dalam negeri maupun internasional melalui berbagai skema hibah penelitian. Melalui upaya ini, beliau bertekad memberikan dampak positif yang lebih luas bagi kemajuan masyarakat Indonesia.
