Background:

The world is currently facing interconnected global challenges in environmental conservation, food safety, and human well-being. Climate change, natural disasters, land and water degradation, and the unsustainable use of natural resources threaten food security and worsen socio-economic conditions, especially for vulnerable communities.

This conference, themed “Strengthening the Local-Global Link: Community-based Solutions for Environmental and Food Resilience”, serves as a platform for scientists, academics, policymakers, industry, and civil society to exchange knowledge, present innovative research, and explore collaborations that strengthen environmental protection, inclusive food systems, and human welfare.

The event aims to promote knowledge exchange, build international networks in education, research, and community engagement, and enhance student competitiveness on a global scale, contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The conference welcomes contributions that highlight innovative approaches, scientific advancements, and practical solutions to address the global challenges of environment, agriculture, food security, and human well-being. Sustainable Agriculture

This topic explores strategies and practices of sustainable agriculture that balance productivity, farmer welfare, and environmental preservation. Discussions include technological innovations, environmentally friendly farming systems, and efforts to reduce the carbon footprint in food production.

 

Food Safety and Food Science

The focus is on food safety standards, processing technologies, and advancements in food science to produce healthy, nutritious, and safe products. Issues related to global food supply chains and challenges in the modern food industry are also highlighted.

 

Agricultural Policy
